"I walked into this place at 9:30 today and asked for a piece of glass. The girl in back of the desk said pay half now, and half when you pick your glass up. I said when would that be, she replied at 1pm they were very busy with orders. I told her I couldn’t come back and really needed it cut now. The girl said hold on a minute walked into the back room, said she moved some orders around, and they were cutting my glass now. Her name was Jaclyn very friendly, and very accommodating. "We recently had glass protectors made for 2 wood tables in our guest bedroom - a serpentine dresser and a night table. VERY impressed with this place! The glass for the curvy dresser was absolutely perfect (we made a template using wrapping paper)! The night table glass had a small issue but the store was professional, apologized, and rectified the situation immediately at no charge - exactly what a good business should do! Highly recommend this place - we'll be back with more larger pieces soon!"
